Welcome to Pablo Alto Studios!

OK, right off the bat — this site is undergoing a gradual makeover. Bits and pieces will be coming and going - if you come back tomorrow and it looks completely different - you'll have me to thank (or blame)...

But for now — my site offers images taken from around the country and the globe, capturing slices of life and color. From panoramic vistas to the murky interiors of urban dives and diners, I'm proud to share my glimpses of the world around us.

Browse the portfolio — photos are available in selected formats and sizes. I'll be adding to it over time, so check back often!

Punch the clock — if you are looking for samples of my other career (think "day job") here's a design portfolio of a different color. This also is being updated as we speak...

Greenwood/Phinney Artwalk

This Just In!

Mark your calendars for the Greenwood/Phinney Artwalk, May 9&10 — I will be showing at Mae's Phinney Ridge Cafe until the end of May — while you're there don't forget to check out the Moo Room!

Note: The Artwalk was a raging success, and a ton o' fun! The new "Colors" collection was a hit — you can find (most) of the images on my ImageKind gallery for sale. I also have available other framed versions, in some smaller sizes than IK offers. Check it out, and if you see something there you like, feel free to contact me directly!

ImageKind

My work is also featured on the Imagekind online gallery along with other fine artists from around the globe. This online venue provides a space for artists to show, share (and sell) their work worldwide. Imagekind takes care of the printing, framing and shipping – all you have to do is choose and enjoy your selection!

You'll find more recent new work here so check it out!

Pulp Fridge Magnets

Long a fascination of mine, I've turned my hobby of collecting vintage pulp books into a fledgling enterprise. If you enjoy the lurid art of that golden era of pulp fiction, then www.pulpmagnet.com is the place for you! Deadly dames, crooked cops and callous killers – as well as other genres – are featured here.

Visit often – new cover designs are added each week!
